When you use the travel chat or claim a welcome offer, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, origin, destination, traveler count, cabin preference and hotel-assistance preference. We may also collect your IP address, approximate country, referring campaign and landing-page information for security, attribution and misuse prevention. We do not request passport numbers or payment-card details through the chat.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your specific travel request, research suitable flight options, communicate about that request, prevent misuse and maintain service records. We do not sell enquiry submissions as general marketing lists.

Sharing

Information may be shared with travel suppliers or service providers only as needed to prepare or fulfill a request, comply with law, prevent fraud or operate our systems. This can include hosting, database and IP-to-country lookup providers used to operate and protect the website. Supplier privacy practices may apply when a booking is made.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry records only as reasonably necessary for service, recordkeeping and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
